Our parts department cuts and prepares the raw material for further machining and welding. All parts are accurately made whether sheared from light gauge material, laser cut from 3/4" x 80" x 240" carbon steel, 5/8" stainless steel, 3/8" aluminum, or plasma/gas cut from 4" plate. Maximum shearing capacity is 3/8" x 120" wide carbon steel plate. Maximum press break capacity is 600 ton x 16' long. Our rolling capacity is 2-3/16" plate x 10' wide and 5" x 5" x 1/2" section.
