Our
design and fabricating experience led to us being
the major supplier of pressure vessels to the Hibernia
Offshore Oil Project. We supplied major vessels
to the Sable Offshore Energy Project and presently
are suppliers to the Suncor Oil Sands project. Regular
customers include Cooper Energy Services, Babcock
Wilcox, Bayer, Morton International, Uniroyal,
and Nova Chemical.
Our engineering staff are also experienced in the
design of clad vessels, cryogenic and low temperature
vessels, platforms and support structures.
Our
130,000 sq. ft. Stratford facilities have capabilities
that are among the best in the industry. Our manufacturing
capabilities include: - Toshiba BF-130B Horizontal
Milling & Boring Machine with 354" horizontal
travel, 138" vertical spindle travel and 30
ton table capacity, and several other large horizontal
and vertical boring mills. CNC machining centers
with up to 4000 lb. table capacity. Lathes with
up to 32" dia. X 120" ctr. to ctr. A TRUMATIC
L6030 Laser Cutting Center capable of cutting ¾"
carbon steel, 5/8" stainless steel, and 3/8"
aluminum. Several CNC oxy-fuel / plasma cutting
systems. Plate Rolling up to 2-3/16" x 10'.
Section Rolling up to 5" x 5" x ½".
Forming up to 16' wide on a 600-ton press brake.
Sub arc welding with up to dual 600-amp capacity
and 12' x 12' manipulators, plus more than 60 manual
welders. Fork lifts up to 20,000 lb. and overhead
cranes to 25 ton. A 29' x 47' blast room and a 20'
x 30' paint room, both with 16' x 16' doors, means
we can supply your parts prime or finish painted
to your specifications. |
